These Terms govern your use of Spectari ("the Service"), operated by Spectari. By purchasing or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Authorization & Assessment Agreement, which is incorporated by reference.
The Service provides authorized, non-intrusive external security assessments of domains you own or are authorized to test, delivered as reports. Assessment scope, method, warranties, and liability are set out in the Authorization & Assessment Agreement.
You must be able to form a binding contract and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your order and for the accuracy of every domain authorization you give.
The Service is unavailable and no payment is taken. At launch, prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe, one-time assessments are charged once, and taxes may apply. Monitoring subscriptions are not offered.
You may not use the Service to assess assets you do not own or lack authority to test, to facilitate unlawful activity, or to attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate orders that breach these Terms or the Authorization Agreement.
Because each assessment consumes work on delivery, one-time assessments are non-refundable once the report is generated. If we cannot deliver a report you paid for, we refund that order — including the case where you paid but never completed domain verification, so no assessment was ever run. Monitoring subscriptions are not currently offered; when they are, they can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the current period.
The Service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability and disclaimers are as stated in the Authorization & Assessment Agreement, which controls in the event of conflict.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
